Check in: 4.00pm to 9.00pm 

 Check out: by 11.00am
 Limited Free parking available, please enquire when you make your reservation.
 All children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
 Extra beds are not available (There is no capacity for extra beds/ cots in the rooms). 
 Pets are not allowed.
 All Rooms are Non-Smoking. 
Reservations must be guaranteed by a vaild debit or credit card (please do not give credit or debit card details via email). You will not be charged at the time of making your booking. You may pay by cash, credit card or debit card.

Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before 4pm on the first day of your booking.  
Late Cancellation will incur a fee equal to the cost of the first night of your stay.
No-Shows: May incur a fee equal to the total cost of your reservation. 
The decision to charge the card is entirely at the discretion of the Guest House.
